How Your LinkedIn Content Can Help Position You As A Thought Leader

October 28, 2022 - 2 minutes read - LinkedIn Content, LinkedIn Content Strategy, Thought Leadership

Becoming a thought leader doesn’t happen overnight.

But it’s also not as hard as you might think.

It all starts with building a personal brand.

So how does one achieve this?

For one, you need to be building new relationships CONSISTENTLY.

It’s not all about content. You need new eyeballs on your content and TARGETED eyeballs.

Speaking of content…

You need to post consistent, thoughtful content that comes from a place of value.

Content that showcases your expertise. Content that speaks to your audience’s pain points.

Many teams I train struggle with building a personal brand for themselves because quite frankly, they don’t know where to start.

They don’t know how to build meaningful relationships on LinkedIn without coming across as annoying.

And they don’t know what or how to post.

But when you master the art of content curation, you can post valuable content quickly and easily.

All it takes is finding a piece of content that is interesting to your audience and adding your own spin on it.

And then once you share it, engage with it (aka replying to the comments on your post).

In this blog post for Demandbase, I share some easy and effective ways to curate content for your own feed.

How often do you curate content for your own posts?
