LinkedIn Success Starts With Your Leadership Team

GTM leaders, it’s time to look in the mirror.

When it comes to your LinkedIn usage.

Are you using it every day?

Are you engaging consistently leaving comments, and participating in conversations?

Are you sending connection requests?

Are you posting content?

If the answer is no, how do you expect your team to follow suit?

Your team looks at you as an example. They’re looking for leadership to set the tone.

At the bare minimum, you should:

➸ Share your company page’s content at least 1X week.

➸ Comment on at least 5 posts per week (daily is better).

➸ Send 10+ connection requests per week.

If you want your team to jump on the LinkedIn bandwagon, it starts at the top.

Invest in your team and invest in yourself…it will pay off tenfold.
